The waterproofing renovation only effects the exterior of the property. The renovation project affectsunits at Pelican Becah Resort. Every floor will be completely closed for 2 weeks in line with the schedule andfloors will be tentatively closed between 01152024 to 01282024 as a contingency. If a floor is completed without a need to close again, it will be removed from contingency.
